Refurbished Sprint Cell Phones

Radio Shack hassles when you sign a cell-phone contract?
I want to get the Instinct on RS because is cheaper than Sprint, but RS could have refurbished phones and can give you problems with the plan, Anybody knows about this contracts w/ RS. If I sign a contract with RS How is gonna be the service and my plan, invoice, monthly payment? Is it better to sign with Sprint? and pay more for the phone or RS pay less and maybe more issues?
RS and Sprint are no different. Its the same contract. When you get a phone from RS, you’re signing a contract with sprint (not RS). RS and Sprint will give you refurbished phones for the same reasons. Either, to get a cheap phone, or to replace one under warranty. Otherwise, you’ll be buying a new phone. They wont tell you a phone is new, and sell you a refurb. No matter if you sign the contract in RS or Sprint, it will be the same contract, and it will be from sprint. No difference.
The only reason to get a phone at RS is it could be cheaper than the Sprint store. Otherwise, its the exact same thing. Same phone, Same Contract, same service, same payment, same plan, same invoice.
RS has a separate warranty for 2 or 3 years for the phone that you can buy additionally. for $50 or $60 respectively. Which covers the battery being replaced once a year if you want. Cell Phone Batteries cost $60-$120 and go bad after a year or so. So it pays for itself really, and they’ll fix your phone as long as it doesnt go in water.
