Is the ban on Texting while driving the right step?

Almost everyone will agree that Texting While Driving is dangerous. But do you think that a guidance law is the right solution? If so, how differntiate between text messages scroll off by the contact list? or watching the clock on your phone? O simplying holding your hand phone while driving? I guess I should have written the better question. Should we increase the number of laws. The police do not pull someone over for being drunk, pull over for reckless driving. If someone throw more for text messaging, how to prove that the text messages were not doing anything else with the phone. There are already laws in place for this problem. Adding more just waste time to more important issues …. ie. corruption.

I think sometimes we make too many laws, but this time ….. if necessary. And if people are doing dangerous those things, then that should be banned too.
