sidekick lx help!!?

okay so i got my sidekick lx in jan. anyways its sorta like brand new today i hardly used it i just had it in my pocket with the aim off and not texting or going online or anything not even calling anyone maybe i made 3 phone calls but they were like 1 min each call

soo let me get to the point!! !!!!!
my battery went dead hours ago !!! and i didnt even use it!!!
soo whats wrong with it should i call tmobile?

i have had mine since november of 07 and sometimes my phone shuts off automaticly like when im in a middle of a txt message it shuts off and looses all my contact. trying calling tmobile about this problem ur having. u can buy a new battery for i think about $50 or $35 im not sure
