as if you just want to buy a used cell phone and take it to cricket (It is a Cheap Cell Phone service provider for those of you who do not know) and can use that phone for me to sign up .. or like that from .. I'm thinking that the Motorola RAZR .. Cricket sells the phone .. but if I did not get through them .. not going to do?

I think the phone has that "unlocked" by someone. Basically hacking the phone to accept another operator.
