What are the consequences of "sexting" by an adult.?
I know it is illegal for minors and may be considered such as child pornography if the minor, but what if an adult does, and he had been told repeatedly to stop. It would be useful to continue? The ex-wife (My Bf constantly sending nude pictures of her)
He should be able to talk to her career in blocking calls or messages from your phone number. Or send them to her and "accidentally" father cc. Or talk to your local police agency to see if that constitutes harassment or not. The biggest result as An adult, even if the recipient wants it or not, once you submit, you can not recover. The recipient can place online, or send others. Think how embarrassing it would be for her if her parents had obtained a copy of the photos!
