know where to get refurbished cell phones cheap, but not junk.?

I live in Arizona, I have tried ebay (expensive) craigslist and search on the Internet. I hope someone might know where I can buy cheap cell (cricket) without breaking. My children are still losing, breaking or getting your phone wet. I have to replace cheaply.

buy insurance for mobile pc so when u replace it will be cheaper than the price of wholesale. I do not know What business or pass. so it all depends. MetroPCS as I have and if I broke the phone that I have to pay 85.00 in advance and I get a new phone. by the same value my old phone or exactly the same, but a new one, of course. and my monthly bill insurance rates is 4.00 per month. I pay for it because you never know when or ur phone might break.
